[This isn't the first time there's been a video post on Legion's network made by a rabbit, but it is the first time the rabbit making it is six feet tall, with an accent thick enough to cut with a knoife.]

G'day, mates. I'm the Easter Bunny.

[This would be the place to insert a punchline, if this were a joke. Bunny does not insert one. Actually, by his smug smile, he seems pretty proud of the title.]

I'm gonna need to get down to Earth sooner rather than later. Gettin' dragged out here did away with most've my powers, and I need to get down to a real bush to figure out what I've still got. Who's headed planetside when?

[The feed opens on what could be a stock footage from a business video; Claire has found her habitat and she's broadcasting from behind the desk of her office, overlooking a corporate campus. She herself is dressed smartly in pale colors.]

Good afternoon, Legion. I thought I should introduce myself. My name is Claire Dearing, otherwise known as The Director. [Keeping it professional, but there's still a little hesitance with her 'superhero name' because seriously, she's a grown woman.]

Back home I was Director of Park Operations for a, uh ... an amusement park, [Sure yeah let's leave it there,] and I'd like to offer my services to anyone who might need business advice. This can be anything from finances, public relations, general or specialized business practices.

[Please just give her something normal to work with.]

Thank you, and I look forward to working with you.

[Oh, hey, seems like someone's finally figured out how to use the camera function on his omnicomm! He's just. Older. A lot older.]

For the record, I blame Gohan and Videl for this. We were just fine until they started jumping and skipping up and down the timeline.

It's pretty obvious what's going on, so let's not have a bunch of people freak out over someone being younger than they should be. Kids, don't do anything stupid. Adults, keep an eye out for the kids. Business as usual. We've been at this for over half a year now, no reason to fuck it up just because the status quo's been shaken a bit.

[ A very angry looking Videl turns on the feed, looking younger (and angrier) than she has for awhile. Gone is the attractive bob haircut, replaced with the unruly short 'do that makes her look like she has permanent bed head. ]

Okay, you know what? I've had it up to here-- [ Videl makes a measurement motion with her hand extending above her head. ] --with this universe and its time travel junk.

I remember being older here and talking to everyone and going on missions and stuff, but it's more like deja vuu, or like an out of body experience. I remember telling everybody I was married and had a kid, too. Except I don't remember any of that actually happening. [ She huffs impatiently. ] Apparently, I sort of... "blipped"-- [ She makes finger quotes. ] --home for a sec and then reappeared like ten years older. And I remember the whole "being back" part, just not the "being home" part.

[ Her frown deepens. ] I don't think anybody has any idea what's wrong with me. I went to Dr. Gym'll and he said I'm definitely 18 and I've definitely never had a kid before, so either I lied to everybody for months or he has no idea what he's talking about.

[ An exasperated sigh. ]

I just want to find that Time Trapper guy so I can punch his stupid face in.

[Dipper's recording this from the wall comm unit in his room and he's not alone. Dave, Casey, and Ken are with him. Despite the wild party the night before, the reason for his sober expression isn't sobriety after a night of drinking, it's what's in his room.]

So, there's a door to what looks like another dimension that just showed up in my room? Can we maybe do something about that?

Preferably a something that doesn't involve going inside. Seriously, I am so done with pocket dimensions. I am not winding up in a situation where I unhinge my jaw and chase people again. Unhinging your jaw hurts.

[ooc: This is set the day after the party and shortly before "To Have and To Hold" and "Gods Among Us." Any adults or teens not signed up for the plot won't be able to see the door, or even really understand what Dave, Casey, Ken, and Dipper are talking about. The Other Mother's magic will make them think they're having an entirely different conversation or make them quickly forget the reason for concern.]

She herself is a red-haired, pale-skinned human woman with green eyes and a calm, no-nonsense demeanor, wearing what looks like it could be a military or merchant marine uniform, though it has no obvious insignia or rank.]

My name's Shepard. I just got here, obviously, and I have a question. The staff was polite about it, but considering one of them nearly dropped his datapad when I floated the idea, there's obviously something they're not telling me...why is "Spectre" a bad codename?

[She could just freakin' Space Google it, but this is a good icebreaker. Besides, she doesn't have her omni-tool and she finds the omnicomm interface unreasonably clunky and inflexible.]

[It happens everywhere. The entire ship starts to shift and change. It's subtle at first. Simple design changes: a new hallway here, a new hub there, a meeting room where there wasn't one before. But then the people start to shift, too. Familiar staff members disappear, new ones take their place. The technology changes in style, sometimes to something shiny simplistic, like something out 1950s sci fi, sometimes to something darker and more organic.]

[Then the alarms sound, klaxons blaring. They shift occasionally in tone, but all of them are equally urgent. Anyone that looks outside the ship will see that the lunar debris field keeps warping back and forth from a field of debris to the moon being whole.]

[Everyone's omnicoms buzz with an urgent message. Brainy speaks to them all from the lab's wall comm unit.]

I need all displacee Legionnaires to report to my lab immediately!

[He's...building something. Setting something up. It looks important.]

We don't have much time!

[ooc: Anyone in the game can respond to this, however anyone who didn't sign up for "Gods Among Us" (and therefore won't make it to the time bubble in time for the trip) won't remember ever responding, as events will erase the crisis (and therefore this network post) from the timeline.]

So uh. Quick question.

[ The feed shows Danny in what looks like the Observation Deck. The only other place he liked to hang out in that wasn't his Nasty Burger biome. He was sitting on the floor, his legs hanging out over the edge. Upper body leaning forward against the railing, as he stared off not at the planet below, but right into space. ]

Does anyone know if there's, like... an arcade around here or something? I've already looked around, and I don't think I saw anything like that. But I dunno, maybe I wasn't looking in the right places.

[ A pause, as he keeps staring into space. Until finally, another question: ]

Also, I was thinking... can I, like... go to the moon?

[ Another pause, in which he starts to feel like maybe that was a dumb question. ]

I-It's not a big deal, I don't really have to do it. I guess in the vegan space future, going to the moon probably isn't that big of an accomplishment anymore. [ A chuckle. ] Thinking about it now, I should probably be thinking about going to like, distant planets, or meeting aliens, or... I dunno, something bigger than going to the moon...

[ But the moon was familiar to him. And everything else here so far wasn't. ]

Anyway, yeah. I guess that's it.

How's it so many of you are runnin' about and not bringin' back any stories with you? Some of us could use it you know! Instead of havin' 'em all dumped out when they drop those spots on the news, anyway.

[Ahem.

Tracer is broadcasting from the monitor room, where she's clearly been serving out her duties with as much patience as she can muster (read: not a lot). Even with all of the activity, Tracer can't deal with the tedium. She's rigged up a way to continuously spin herself in a chair while she spends time dispatching Legionnaires as is expected of her. Even with that, she's incredibly restless, and has herself perched in the window, lounging on the sill in a manner that probably would be considered unsafe if she weren't capable of rewinding time around her.

Overwatch's systems were mostly automated. When a warning went out, the Strike Team left -- and that was the end of it. This dispatching nonsense makes her thankful that it never got quite as large, but also makes her nostalgic.

That's not the only thing, but. Well, its a big part of it. And while she's trying to think of a way to bring up that first thing without outing herself, she can be seen tapping her fingers nervously on the big glowing machine on her chest.]

...speakin' of stories. How many of you lot got families back where you came from? Maybe a better half...

[She pauses here -- not too long though. Don't want to be suspicious.]

[Miku keeps her eyes down. Behind her is her quarters, looking as inviting and comfortable (and ridiculously pink) as can be.] I wanted to ask a question. My older brother was a folklorist, and he used to tell me all sorts of old folktales while also writing about new, urban legends.

[She fiddles with the comb that keeps her bun in place.] A lot of the ones I know are... they're a bit messy. But, I thought there are so many other people here, I wouldn't mind hearing an urban legend or two from you? If you'd like to, of course.

I'll share mine, but... like I said a lot of them are, ah... a bit scary.

[There's a slight muffled thunk as Tenno reaches forward to tap at the camera with one finger.]

[The Legion World staff maintains a feed of all Legion-related media so Legionnaires can be kept abreast of any reporting that's done on them. [Widowmaker had finally extracted herself from all the rigamarole that surrounded a new arrival to make her way to the Mess Hall. With a cup of something almost as blue as the color of her skin sitting on the table before her along with her rifle in its shorter Assault mode, she set the omnicom up so she didn't have to hold it in her hand.

What she did have in her hand was the ring they'd given her upon taking that oath. As if an oath was binding...]

I can certainly understand the need for a vetting process, but it appears to be rather pointless to subject would-be saviors to such repetitive examinations when the results do not change. What is the phrase...? [She idly rolled the ring between her fingers as she thought a moment.] Ah, yes. 'Beggars can't be choosers.'

Perhaps I am simply... special. [There was a slight upturn of her lips at that last word.]

[Rich hasn't been very vocal lately. After Murderworld, especially after running into those bugs, he retreated into himself a little bit. It wasn't full moping, just thoughtfulness, and he needed some quiet time.]

[But he's got to speak up on this. He's got a perspective most don't and maybe that can help.]

Kid Q already got the lecture out of the way, so I'm not gonna do that. That isn't what this is.

In that last mission, some of us had disagreements about lethal force, and we had to sideline them because of the urgency of the situation, but it's something we still need to talk about, because those disagreements aren't going to go away.

Now, I occupy a unique position on this. I've been a meta-powered cop, a superhero, and a soldier. I've been to war. I've led an army in a war against omnicidal space bugs, and you can be damn sure I didn't have my soldiers hold back.

I didn't hold back either. I've killed more than my fair share of sentients, and when it came down to facing the intergalactic despot that ordered his army to slaughter billions, I pulled his guts out through his throat. And you know what, if given the chance to do it again, I'd do it ten thousand times over.

My point here is I get it. I've seen that side of things well enough to understand sometimes that's what it takes. The problem here is this is not warfare that we're facing. Right now, we're law enforcement. We have a mandate from this universe's government to follow their laws, and a responsibility to the public to follow their morals -- and they value life here -- and having also allied myself with some ugly customers for the sake of the common good, I know that even terrible people can sometimes find purpose and redeem themselves, so this universe valuing life enough to give at least some criminals a chance to reform ain't exactly entirely misplaced.

But whether any of us agree with that principle or not, the public trusts us to follow a certain standard and we ultimately serve them. When it comes to police work, there's levels of force. With a team of over thirty metapowered individuals, we're a small army. I don't know if any of you noticed, but even with non-lethal force we cleaned their clocks the other day, with no casualties, most of the villains detained, no civilians harmed, and minimal serious injuries.

Having that kind of power and the kind of numbers we have changes the entire ballgame, because it changes the nature of the conflicts we face. It means that villains can go to greater extremes -- extremes that in other situations would require fatal force to stop -- and we're powerful enough that we can handle those extremes. When you're a superhero, controlling battlefield conditions and preventing casualties is a lot easier than it would be without the metapowers.

I guess what I'm trying to do here is bridge the gap and try to help people understand why all this is the way it is.

So, that last mission was something, wasn't it? Yeah. For those who don't know me, hi. I'm Jason. Nice to meet you.

Anyway. I know everyone's busy with, well. That last mission and stuff. [He's good enough not to say "WE ARE PLOTTING THE OVERTHROW OF THE UP" at least.] But I've got our next camping trip lined up. I think you'll find it cool.

It's underground again, sorry about that. But hear me out. Soola Noona. It was this mine, right? They were harvesting crystals for pies... piezo-whatever. Harvesting crystals to power machines. Put them under pressure and they generate electricity or something like that. [Barry would probably correct him.] Anyway, turns out that these crystals have some unique harmonics or something, they vibrate at soothing frequencies, so about three hundred years ago they shut down the mines, stimulated the crystal growth, and turned the entire mining rig into a vacation retreat.

They've got singing crystals to promote a calm environment, therapeutic hot springs, some untouched cave systems if you want to go spelunking, modern amenities, the works. I think we'll be able to chill out a little there. We can get to know the new people, the new people can learn some about us, and we can do some of the same team building stuff we did the last few times.

And Hiccup, before you ask, the place was designed so that cargo ships could dock to load up, so there's room for Toothless to stretch his wings.

Okay, let me see if I’ve got this straight.

[ The feed opens on Videl with her usual judgmental expression, but she’s now sporting a significantly more stylish haircut than the last time anyone saw her. ]

It’s been ten years, and you guys still haven’t beaten Chronoblivion? What have you been doing all this time?

[ Further complaining is interrupted by a rustling noise next to her. Videl turns to look to her left and some indistinct mumbling can be heard off screen. ]

It hasn’t been ten years here? Well, how long has it been? [ More mumbling. Videl groans impatiently. ] You’re no help at all.

[ She returns her attention to the camera feed, running her fingers through her hair as she tries to call back memories she’s left untouched for years. It may not be evident by her appearance, but ten years have passed since Videl and Gohan disappeared from an off-world mission around Valor Day. ] I don’t see what the Time Trapper thinks he’s going accomplish by dragging us back now, after all this time. I haven’t been at the top of my game since before Pan was born and Gohan’s training is sporadic at best.

[ She heaves a sigh. Videl’s frustration is only surface-level though; deep down, she’s a flurry of excitement about the idea of reliving her glory days. ]

Anyone mind helping an old lady get up to speed? Last I remember, Gohan and I were on a mission on either Rimbor or Bgztl and it was getting close to Christmas. Or whatever they call Christmas here.

--Oh, hey, it's working!

[ The footage clearly shows Gohan in his bedroom, the spiky black hair unmistakable. However, there are enough changes in his appearance to wonder if he'd done something different with himself lately. His hair stood straighter, he was wearing glasses, his clothing was less high school and more professional. But ultimately, what clinched it were his next words: ]

For a second there, I thought I forgot how to work this thing... anyway, hi guys, this is Gohan! How is everyone? I don't know how much time has passed here, but for me, it's been ten years since I was last here!

[ Suddenly, he pauses. Smile faltering, as a realization comes to mind. ]

Oh, um... is Chronoblivion still a threat? Or is this before that gets revealed? Oh man, I uh... I should've probably looked into that first...
