[Dipper's recording this from the wall comm unit in his room and he's not alone. Dave, Casey, and Ken are with him. Despite the wild party the night before, the reason for his sober expression isn't sobriety after a night of drinking, it's what's in his room.]

So, there's a door to what looks like another dimension that just showed up in my room? Can we maybe do something about that?

Preferably a something that doesn't involve going inside. Seriously, I am so done with pocket dimensions. I am not winding up in a situation where I unhinge my jaw and chase people again. Unhinging your jaw hurts.

[ooc: This is set the day after the party and shortly before "To Have and To Hold" and "Gods Among Us." Any adults or teens not signed up for the plot won't be able to see the door, or even really understand what Dave, Casey, Ken, and Dipper are talking about. The Other Mother's magic will make them think they're having an entirely different conversation or make them quickly forget the reason for concern.]

[Then again, that seemed like it was unused enough to be another dimension as far as Dipper was concerned.]

[Dipper glowers, because he doesn't like Jason to begin with, and this is a level of denseness that's at an extreme, even for him.]

[Dipper moves to the side and points to the door.]

That isn't the door to my bathroom.

[He points to the door to his bathroom.]

That's the door to my bathroom. Two doors. There are two. One wasn't there yesterday.

[Jason spreads his hands and shakes his head.]

Man, you're just pointing at the wall.

You guys should've taken me up on my offer for a run. You need it if you're still seeing double.

There's a door there. A tiny door like only three feet high. Can anyone else see it?

I understand there's considerable difference in how the United Planets regards age versus how many of your universes do, and that it's tempting to partake of inebriants that aren't usually available to you, but you may want to do so with more moderation in the future.

[Sans shades for once and still with a blanket draped around his shoulders, Dave's expression is extremely flat and unamused.]

Yeah, the four of us are simultaneously having the same hungover hallucination. That's totally how alcohol works.

[His deadpan is made all the more snarky by the hangover and the bizarre situation he has too much of a headache to be dealing with. Dave rolls his eyes and gestures at the door.]

Okay, this is stupid. Clearly there's some kind of magic or mindfucky science at work here and only we're seeing this thing. Just accept that it's there and move on. What do we do about suspicious doors that appeared out of nowhere, short of barreling headfirst through them like a vapid little Victorian girl mindlessly chasing after the white rabit?

Like, if Grif or someone forgot what they were talking about mid-sentence, he wouldn't bat an eyelash, but Brainy? Aw, hell naw. ]

[Ray sets to scramblimg arpund for his gear. He's in the middle of testing a gigameter when his eyes unfocus for a second.]
