[text] Self Improvement
[ Grif, uncharacteristically, has left a text post instead of filming himself with the camera out of focus or too close to his face or with a thumb over the lens. Weird. At least the complete lack of capitalization isn't surprising.]
so how is everyone's training crap going?
just curious. no reason.
by the way, you know that thing the flash can do where he uses his speed powers to go through walls? total bullshit.
ps: some of you are new, and i want to know what your deal is. do we have anyone who shoots eye lasers yet? that would be awesome.
(OOC: This is dated to after the mission. Preemptively declaring I do not mind if you threadhop each other to talk about training or w/e as long as the other player involved is cool with it!)

what can you do anyway? you didn't tell me and i officially think that counts as holding out on me.

and i have superstrength.
and i have superspeed.
and i can go through walls.
basically i can do everything.
wanna see?
[He is totally 100% dicking with you, Grif. 100%]

video
[When the video flickers on, he's wearing his sunglasses. He sets the omnicom up on a rock, steps back so that he's fully into frame, then takes off his sunglasses and puts them in a pocket.]
[Eye beams shoot out of his eyes, cutting down a tree. He catches it with what looks like superstrength and tosses it away like it's nothing. Then he zips around at superspeed, phasing through a large boulder and out the other side...]
[...or at least it looks like he did. For the purposes of screwing with Grif. It's a very convincing illusion -- it even has all the proper kzzzack noises and everything.]
[He leans against the boulder, takes the sunglasses out, flips them open, and puts them on his face again.]
You were saying?
[He's not denying that he is a liar. But he's definitely trying to make a strong case for being an excellent one.]

okay that was pretty cool.
text
[Totally cool.]
...or it would be if I'd actually done any of that. My power's creating illusions.
fooled ya.

and how about it can cover your sorry tails with some kind of cover up illusion when you're trying to make a tactical withdrawal?
invisibility?
making it seem like there are twenty of us going into a fight when there are only, say, five?
making it so our opponent sees the wrong people attacking them and gets confused because our abilities don't match the illusions?
making it seem like we've lost to throw an enemy off so we can take them down?
i can get get real creative
"what good is your power that can make us completely invisible?" he asks. for someone whose power is speed you're awfully slow.

and dude, you've never seen robin hood? please tell me you were five years old once. and that they make cartoons where you live. otherwise that's just sad.
text
absolutely positive
and yes i've seen robin hood but i have no idea why you think that's somehow associated with me. you're not making any sense.
text
you're sure you've seen it?

robin hood isn't usually played by fox actors back home. or animated as a fox.
because foxes get terrible media representation.
