It's kind of a gray area, because one of my ancestors got stung by something on the other side of one of the portals, turned into this, and passed it down his family line, and whether that infection is magical or alien is impossible to tell.

But it's definitely weird and even on the off chance it's not magic, my friend Meg is a witch. [A pause.] Like literally, not just figuratively. Her magic is hard to control so she has to turn herself into different wizard and witch archetypes from fiction to be able to use it.
