A whole lot, actually. Being too flashy can ruin a stealthy approach. Being too nondescript can be damaging in an exchange between groups.

Everything about you needs a strategic purpose.

There's no practical reason to being 'fun' as an educator. Teachers who cater to the whims of their students lose their sense of practicality.
