[ This... well. Murray did say "bar" in the first post, didn't he? The habitat deck is wild.

John eyes the offered seat speculatively. ]

Will it hold my suit, sir?

[ This is the voice of a kid who has definitely, definitely broken a chair by now because he wasn't thinking about it. He's a super soldier, but there's just a flicker of a normal teenaged boy in there worrying about embarrassing himself in front of someone important. ]

[ Delta does some quick calculations before sending the info to York; and damn they build things pretty solid here in the vegan space future. ]

[ The AI is back to his fully armored holographic appearance to give a little more weight to their illusion, flickering to life at the bar just at John's elbow. ]

[ Reassured, John sits. He eyes Delta, not quite able to mask his curiosity. True smart AIs choose their appearances, and that another one knows enough about MJOLNIR to make an approximation is very interesting. He tips his head in acknowledgment before looking back to York. ]

Alright. I'm ready.

[ Please inform him, he has a feeling it's going to be a long day. ]

[ It's a dense compilation of code Delta sends to 117's comm; a rundown of the Legion, of their purpose, of the whole 'you're a hero, John' thing. The time ripple explanation has helpful charts with York using himself as an example- though it probably doesn't clear everything up? It's a good starting point. ]

[ He hesitates a little, though. It's just kind of hard to believe a lot of it. The Covenant showing up had been a total bolt from the blue, sure, but at least that was plausible. But here he has multiple sources that should be trustworthy telling him about alternate worlds and time travel and superheroes.

It's also semi-distressing that his code name is a rank he does not have. It feels so wrong. ]
