I've got nothing against soldiers. There's just a difference between killing an enemy that's shooting back at you and someone who is unsuspecting.

And how do you decide who is evil?

The standard is pretty easy. Kills innocents, has no honor, generally does bad things...

Standard horrific fare, I'd agree.

But suppose they were being blackmailed into doing so. Say their family was being threatened, and they had no choice. Would you still consider them absolute evil, to be purged without hesitation?

Look, my family isn't what I'd call good. But I'd still take care of those who would blackmail other people. It's life and I've seen it happen. Doesn't mean I have to like it.

No. And I understand wanting to do something about it.

But if you keep killing everyone who's responsible for bad things happening in the world...you end up with a lot of blood on your own hands. Then you get to figure out how to tell yourself you're not a bad guy yourself.
