He pointed a gun at me when I attempted to start a conversation with him. I'm used to startling people who don't notice me, but this was a public area and there's a small child who can pass through walls living on this spacebase. It would be bad if he were hurt or scared. I tried to explain this to him, but I'm not sure if he understood.

Thanks! "Payback" was how I got into doing the right thing. Also, "a lot of money", but that doesn't work as a codename.

He's a good person, honestly, he's just got a lot of issues. But I'll definitely make sure to double down on "guns plus public spaces equals how you end up in jail here."

And that's still a lot better than some of the code names some of the people back home came up with. I mean, you've already met "Soldier 76".

I didn't think he was a bad person, just twitchy and prone to relying on guns. Like I said, I'm used to startling people, I sneak professionally. I just don't want anyone who's less accustomed to guns to have one pointed at them in a place that's supposed to be safe for them, you know?

Why 76? Is that how old he is, or are there an unspecified number of other Soldiers out there?
