If you're a pro hero does that mean you're no longer allowed to compete on an amateur level?

[He knows it's not like sports but "professional hero" sounds ridiculous to him. Then again, a lot of this hero stuff sounds weird to him, since superheroes only exist in movies and comic books in his world.]
