[ So it's an introduction announcement on the network. Those aren't new. What might be is the fact that the face taking up the screen is in focus, but everything behind him appears to be whizzing past at remarkable speed.

Is he...skating? And where is that music coming from? ]

Hey, what's up people? This is Lúcio. Just arrived yesterday, and man!

[ He cranes his neck around in emphasis, grinning widely. Someone's staring expression blurs past, blink and you'd miss it, as he twists around. Now apparently skating backwards to get a full 360 view. ]

This place really is massive. Bigger than a lot of cities back home, and I saw a lot of them while I was on tour.

Anyway. New to the Legion, but not new to the fight. Hit me up if you wanna practice in the gym, hang out, or grab a pick-up game. Can't help but feel I'm getting a little rusty on these things.

[ Flipping back around, he weaves to the side to avoid knocking into to someone, before beaming at the camera and giving a little wave. ]

[There was a lot going on there, lots of colors and blurs and sounds and damn, how did he keep up with that? But it was impressive, too; who the fuck could skate like that? Where did he get that music? What was even going on?]

Okay, wait, slow down. Tour? Like military tour or what? And what kind of pick-up game? Because I'd really hate to wipe the floor and embarrass a newbie in basketball.

[ Said as he swerves and circles around someone in the hall before darting around a corner, coasting along. ]

[Keep moving. He’s basically the opposite of Grif, and Tucker couldn’t stop the deadpan look he leveled at him as the guy said that.

Don’t notice that expression, stranger? It was just hard to truly witness it through a helmet.]

Also, apparently that niceness was infectious, because he asked--] Want me to bring you something from here? I don’t want you to use the excuse “I was huuuungry” when I own your ass on the court.

No doubt. Hey, If you wanna snag a couple of bottle waters, that'd be awesome.

[ He glances at a couple of the signs he's passing by. ]

You want a real court or one of the programmed simulations?

Real. We're doing this shit right or not at all.

[He smiled a little, grabbing two bottles and walking.] Are we betting?

Nah. Not yet, anyway. This is just for fun.

We can put stakes down later if you still want to.

You're not going to want to after I kick your ass.

Like I said, you can decide if you want to later. I'm cool with just playing for the fun of it.

[Widowmaker tilted her head a bit.]

I feel like I have seen you before.

[But she can't place him. Perhaps if she'd spent any decent amount of time in the Western hemisphere, she would recognize him and the music. It's not as though assassins have many opportunities to go to concerts.]

Oh yeah?

[ They've explained the whole 'infinite other worlds' bit to him, but it's possible still that there's people from his neck of the woods. No reason to assume she couldn't be. ]

Maybe you come from my world. Omnic Crisis, Overwatch, that stuff sound familiar?

Oui, monsieur. It seems we are. There are a few of us here in the Legion. That still does not--

Oh. You are on the cereal box.

[Which at least means he isn't of concern to her or Talon. Lucky for him.]

[ Hey, if that's what sticks out to her? No harm in it. His music isn't to everyone's taste, and not everyone digs a revolutionary.

But cereal? Who doesn't like cereal? ]

[She never bought Luci-oh's - too sugary - but the box had caught her eye.]

At least you are well-equipped for and used to dealing with the masses of screaming fans. We all get celebrity status here. It is annoying.

Kinda sounded like they were the least of our worries. But yeah. Fans, I can handle.

[ He wouldn't be where he is without them, after all. The only reason he's got a global platform is because of the people who lifted him up to put him there. He won't forget that any time soon. ]

Speak for yourself. I would rather face another technozombie invasion than be swarmed by fans. You cannot even enjoy a date because of them.

Crashing a date? Yeah, I feel you. It's hard to feel like you've got any privacy, sometimes.

[ He rubs the back of his head. ]

It's definitely not for everyone. Sorry to hear they've been hassling you.

[He's very nice. She's not sure what to make of this.]

Well. Lesson learned, I suppose, about taking more care to keep private things private. I never had to worry about it to this extent back home.

[ He beams at her as he swings around another corner. ]

I do a lot of training but a little friendly sport might not be a bad idea ... how are you with basketball?

It's not my usual go-to, but I've played before.

I bet being able to fly makes the game a lot more interesting.

[ The lights on his forehead flicker in surprise. If this wasn't Lucio, and he was certain he heard his own name, he might have thought someone was confusing him for his brother, his late brother. He was unaware others knew about him.

Then again, he already had people shipping him on the forums, so perhaps he should not be so surprised that he has become known. ]

As long as it does not involve juggling, I am willing to give anything a try. However, I may need to rely on my ring if it involves agility.

[ He's fine with a less active game. Winning's not as important as making friends, hanging out with people. ]
