Y-You know, I'm pretty used to a lot of things... but having memories of being older that are still somehow in the past?! That might actually be a first for me, believe it or not!


(ooc: using the time ripple event to age him back down to being a teenager, but i'm having the time trapper give him his legion memories back. tl;dr: he's eighteen again, permanently, but remembers being older. oh, and uh, pretend this is after the plots, obviously.)

I mean, that's... pretty much it. I remember being older, but only being older here. Not home.

I'm not sure how this would affect my memories going back home. It's already affected what I remember from home, so how else would it affect me? How does the Trapper decide what I should keep? Why don't I get a say in that?

... These are a lot of questions that won't get answers. And it's not very reassuring.

If you retain memories of the future, that's an advantage.

They're second-hand though. And it's still technically the past in this universe.

And I'm still not in control of what I keep.
