He's got his good points. However, he does tend to fumble with the simplest things. It's a good thing Barnaby's there to cover for him most of the time.

Fortunately, we're well-recorded when we go out on business. If property damage occurs in the course of our duties, we fill out paperwork after and report to the Justice Administration, where the Judge, currently Yuri Petrov, listens to our case, looks at the evidence, and decides whether or not the damage occurred resulted in lives being saved. If it did, then the city pays for the repairs. If it didn't, then our sponsor corporation must pay for the repairs.

It's a pretty good incentive to keep damage down.
