I've had a few bones replaced here and there. Almost needed paper lungs at one point. But never a limb or anything like that. If I may, however, I know several people who did get replacements. Cloned, robotic, or otherwise prosthetic.
Judge Logan lost an arm several times. Same one. He had a robotic arm at one point, then had to grow a cloned one. [It was... creepy. Like a tiny little baby arm growing out of his forearm.] He seemed happy with both results. Rather proud of his cloned arm. He liked to show it off while it was still growing. There was an adjustment period, of course, but by the end of it he was happy to be out on the streets again.
