If they want to round up the people they deem criminals after all this and send them home to their respective authorities, that would be fine. I've already noted the amnesty, and my willingness to obey it. I'm not going to take down someone who might be essential to the survival of the multiverse.

I've killed criminals. If I survive to go home, I'll have to kill many more. The difference is that I do it legal.
