It's bread with cheese and sauce and human ingenuity on it.
The fake meat mess can do is...
tolerable?
It's kind of like pepperoni but the texture's wrong, whatever.
Mushrooms and peppers if you like them. Olives are good too.
Pineapple if you have good taste.
