But, yeah, like. An asteroid about five or six miles across hit Earth millions of years ago, kicked up so much dust that no light could get through, and when everything settled there weren't any dinosaurs. After that, humans pretty much took over everything.
Man, it's so weird to think that there's a place where they're still around. I've only ever seen them fossils, movies, and the Red Ranger's Zord.
