Lost and Found
[Wash is in a lounge, having propped his omnicom on a piece of furniture so that the video shows him and the gun resting on his lap. That is definitely not his gun. Those quick on the uptake might also notice blood on his arm, like he's just been in a fight or something.]
Public service announcement: there's someone on the habitat deck in a skull mask running around and pointing guns at people's heads. He's kind of a dick, and evidently he can turn into a black cloud at will, like some kind of crossover between Ghostface and Imhotep.
[Has anyone seen either of those movies? No? Okay, moving on. He tilts the gun so it's more easily visible on camera, and yep, that is definitely one of Reaper's guns, and it is definitely not with Reaper.]
I didn't really appreciate him pointing this one at me, so I...called dibs on it. He can't have it back.
[It doesn't matter if you can't read expressions through armor; the self-satisfied smirk in Wash's tone is practically visible all on its own.]
He might still be up there, lying on the floor near the Egyptian temple. Unconscious. I may have stunned the hell out of him.
[Look at all zero of the regrets he has. Look at them.]
Also, I've decided our next movie night is going to be Scream, because when I call this guy a half-assed Ghostface ripoff, I really want you all to know what I'm talking about.

Screened to Wash
Knowing him he'll probably be extremely wary of large groups. Hell, being exposed like this, he might only really come out if it's a one-on-one. He's good at stealth, he used to be black ops. You have to draw him out, rather than try to find him.
If he knows everyone's looking for him, he probably won't target you in particular. Too obvious.
It sounds like..."Soldier 76" is aware of the situation, he'll probably want to be involved. The two have bad blood, and he's probably your best bet at drawing Reaper out. I wouldn't be surprised if 76 has already volunteered for the role anyway.
[She didn't like the idea of her friend being put in harm's way because of someone else's screw up, but Jack knew how to handle himself.]
If he's cornered, he might try and do something desperate like take a hostage. When you make a move, be quick and thorough, no half-hearted measures. Don't give him a chance to even move, because otherwise he'll just end up slipping away again.
I'll search for him separately. With my invisibility, I might be able to catch him out of hiding if he thinks no one's around. I'll signal you if I run across him.
Permafilter
You've just given me more useful information in thirty seconds than "Soldier 76" has managed in five minutes.
Thank you.
[Yep, he likes Ana. A++ good teammate.]
Re: Permafilter
[If she had been back at Overwatch, she might have ended up giving him a lecture. Mainly because they're sometimes necessary, and between her, Jack, and Gabe, she was the one who had been more of a mentor figure to the younger recruits.]
[But between the run in with Robbie and seeing others give Wash a stern talking to, she didn't really have the heart. Besides, by now it didn't seem as necessary.]
A word of advice--and I mean this as actual advice, not another lecture--if you don't know how to detain a threat, disengage and get backup. Making yourself a target can be a sound strategy at times, but you're part of a team. Rely on them before anything else.

Back home, I have a team that's luckier than it is competent, and disengaging was never an option.
...there's a learning curve here.

[Beyond having worked as a solo bounty hunter for the past seven years, her only real experience working in an actual unit was with the Egyptian military and later Overwatch. Superheroes in this world, it seemed, did not soldiers make. It took some getting used to.]

Military's easier.
